All rental charges must be paid for in full at the time of delivery/pick-up. Payment must be made with cash, croatian kuna (HRK). Valid photo identification (driver’s license or passport) must be shown for all rentals. In addition to the rental charges, a SUP Croatia Statement must be signed at the time of delivery/pick-up.
Reservations can be made at least 5 days in advance. Those reservations not picked up on the scheduled pick-up date will be considered cancelled, and are subject to a fee equal to daily rent.
Pick-up is from 9:00AM and return until 7:00PM for daily rent.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to daily rent.
Rentals returned late will be charged the first day rate for each day late.
If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. Cleaning rate will be charged (210,00 kn/hr), plus any parts and materials for cleaning or repair. Replacement cost for lost, stolen or destroyed rental equipment is full retail value. SUP Croatia must be made aware of any and all complaints immediately on site. We will try to rectify the problem in real time to the client’s satisfaction. If this is not possible, all complaints must be submitted to SUP Croatia email email@example.com in writing prior to the client’s departure from Croatia. Each claim will be examined after which SUP Croatia will try to rectify the problem as soon as possible and to the best of its abilities.
If there is any problem or defect with the technical equipment provided by us, SUP Croatia will remedy the situation immediately. In case of gross insufficiencies, the client has the right to possible refunds. In case of complaints, the amount of the refund will be based on the real damage incurred within a provided service.
SUP Croatia boards are insured by insurance company “Jadransko Osiguranje d.d” – “Adriatic Insurance Company Ltd.” as well as our clients while using them.
